Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy: Addressing Perfectionism, Emotional Loneliness, and "Quiet" BPD"

This workshop will unveil the unique approach of Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RO DBT) in addressing perfectionism and emotional loneliness, two common struggles faced by many. We will also talk about how it differs from classic DBT, and how it may be helpful for those who identify with having a more internalized experience of BPD.

Amanda (She/Her) grew up in Vancouver, and is the founder of Open Concepts Therapy - a virtual clinic that provides Radically Open DBT. Originally, she became a social worker because of her own struggles with mental health, and had the privilege of learning and working in many clinics across Ontario. She currently works individually with teens and adults, and also runs a series of skills classes. She strongly believes that human connection (and not just through Instagram!) is integral to our mental health.
