Creative Writing Workshop
This 12-week creative writing workshop is a supportive place for writers of all levels to share their creative writing, learn how to give and receive editorial feedback, cultivate a literary voice, and tap into creative self-expression.
As individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) self-expression is a wonderful way to tap into those parts of ourselves that need to be nurtured. Writing about our feelings, thoughts, and experiences can diffuse emotional turmoil and give voice to mental illness. The power of the written word can also be instrumental in combating the stigma so often incorrectly associated with BPD.
